When will my order be shipped?

We aim to despatch your order within 2 business days of receipt of order.

 

What type of shipping is available?

Orders are dispatched from Arid Zone via Australia Post, Toll Priority and Direct Freight.  

 

Guarantee, Returns and Cancellation

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our Quality Control team inspects every order to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you do receive an order which is faulty, please don't hesitate to call us on 03 9695 9999 to arrange a replacement or refund. 

Orders may be cancelled or changed by calling us if the order has not already been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, freight charges will still be payable but product charges or Xero Loyalty Program credits spent (as applicable) will be refunded (if the order is cancelled) as long as products are returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days. See below for more information.

If you cancel or return a faulty product to Xero in accordance with this policy:

you will only be entitled to a refund of the Xero Loyalty Program credits (Credits) you spent to redeem the product if the Xero store reward voucher is still valid at the time of cancellation or return. The refunded credits will be available for their original validity period; and

you will be refunded the component of the product purchase price that was paid by you in cash (if applicable).

ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER. FOR PURCHASES USING XERO LOYALTY PROGRAM CREDITS, REFUNDS WILL ONLY INCLUDE A REMINBURSEMENT OF THOSE CREDITS TO YOUR XERO STORE ACCOUNT. FOR CASH PURCHASES REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AGAINST THE ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD THAT THE GOODS WERE PURCHASED WITH.. GOODS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND MUST BE RECEIVED IN ORIGINAL AND UNSOILED CONDITION.

Freight is charged on individual orders so care is required when making purchases as freight will not be refunded for goods that are cancelled, changed or re-ordered.  For faulty goods only, you must cover the initial shipping cost of returning the goods to us. If the returned good is later confirmed by us to be faulty, we will reimburse your reasonable shipping costs. You must retain all receipts for return shipping and produce these at our request.
